Happy Halloween 2014!

Happy Halloween from the Lathams!

 We had lots of fun dressing up for the occasion!

 I managed to finish Lois' costume in the nick of time... in the car on the way to the cousins' house!
We got to trick or treat with friends and family...

And loaded up with more candy than we know what to do with! 

 Here are the five from my family that dressed for the occasion!

 I tried to convince them that I should be in the picture too, since I dressed up as a tired, nursing Mama, but no one bought it. ;)
Since Riley had been gone the week before Halloween, we hadn't carved a pumpkin yet, so Saturday Riley went to the store and bought a penny pumpkin and the boys carved the Lego man Emmet into it.

He's got skills!

 And Sunday was our church's annual All Saint's Day celebration, complete with a cookout, a pie contest, country games, and bouncy houses!

We had a wonderful time celebrating the Reformation of God's church and remembering His martyred saints.

May His kingdom come, His will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven!
